Gluten Free Maple Syrup Brownies

Ingredients
- 150g dark chocolate
- 100g maple syrup
- 50g non-hydrogenated vegetable margarine
- 65g rice flour
- 2 large eggs
- 75g walnuts
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Slowly melt the chocolate with non-hydrogenated vegetable margarine.
- Put the rice flour and eggs in a bowl and mix.
- Add the melted chocolate and mix.
- Add maple syrup and vanilla and continue mixing.
- Finally, add nuts and mix one last time before you pour the mixture into a greased and floured square pan.
- Bake in hot oven 20min or 180 ° C/350 F. Leave for 5 minutes with the oven off to rest. Remove the brownies and let them cool. You can put them in the fridge overnight and put it in the fridge overnight to make it easier to cut them into nice pieces.
